PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Belina Interiors has a full range of departments with complementary disciplines. It is the express goal of our managers to coordinate departments continuously to maximize critical path activities. Every project is systematically broken down, estimated, scheduled, tracked and managed throughout production by our management team. Progress information is distributed weekly to all departments, enabling us to successfully coordinate our efforts with other trades and contractors. We pride ourselves on being reliable and accountable.
DESIGN SUPPORT
Utilizing AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Rhino, our engineering department routinely creates 2D drawings and 3d modeling from designers’ drawings and renderings. Revisions then go through a rigorous client review process, culminating in verified shop drawings before production begins.
WOODWORKING
Our woodshop is staffed with some of the most highly skilled craftsmen in the world and their time-honored talents are combined with high production equipment, including two CNC routers. By marrying technology to proud craftsmanship, we are able to execute remarkably complex projects in a thoroughly productive manner.
METAL WORK
Equipped with a CNC Mill, Lathe and EDM machine, our machine/fabrication/polish shop has long done some of the most intricate and elaborate metal fabrication in the industry. We specialize in providing complete stair cases and railings, as well as providing an array of architectural metal components and custom hardware. Read more about our Equipment and Capabilities
UPHOLSTERY
From custom couches and settees to goatskin covered casework, our upholstery department has been favored by designers, Rolls Royce owners, and others.
FINISHES
Our finish shop applies all manner of finish, paint, and metalized coatings with two spray booths, 29 rolling drying racks, and heated makeup air. Flawless is the standard.
VENEER SHOP
With two veneer presses and a full complement of the latest equipment, we are able to produce completely blueprint matched interiors with matched and balanced panels throughout. Logs are typically sampled from our many sources and then reviewed with the designer and/or client. Sketch faces, waterfall features and curved panels are all familiarly common.
